Manage service
Managing the service involves starting, stopping, analysing and configuring the service.
If the service is of type Systemd, then the Systemd-service name is used to manage the service, by calling commands to the Linux Systemd Manager. These commands are start, stop, restart, status, enable and disable.
Enable and disable, will determine if the service should be automatically started on reboot.
Status will determine if the service is running, dead or simply not installed.
If the service is of type Other, then commands for managing the service are defined in the service properties. These commands are optional and may therefore not contain options for starting or stopping the service etc.
Services of this type are typically only defined for configuring a file on the file system or managing a simple script.
Integrated configuration has been implemented for some of the services. The "Integrated config..." button will be enabled if this functionality has been implemented for the service. This configuration often provides a more detailed configuration, instead of a single file. E.g. the DINGO-Stack LoRaWAN Server has integrated configuration implemented.
